Q. Why do I need to register?
A. We ask that you register with us so that we can contact you, should you win a prize. We also need to monitor the competition and notify all entrants when they are closing. We would also like to contact you from time to time about future competitions, but you are able to opt out of this if you do not want this service.

Q. How do I change my password/update my personal details?
A. Once logged in, select the 'Control Panel' section. You can edit your personal details and change your password from here.

Q. I have lost / forgotten my password, where can I get a new one?
A. Go to the Login section and click on the 'Forgotten Password' button. A new password will be emailed to you.

Q. What is the minimum age to enter a competition?
A. All entrants must be at least 18 years of age on the date of entry into the competition.

Q. Which credit and debit cards do you accept?
A. We currently have two payment options, our provider ClickandBuy handles most major credit cards and alternative payment methods, our other provider Voice Pay covers, MasterCard and Visa Credit and Debit cards as well as Visa Electron, Maestro International, Maestro UK & Solo.

Q. How do I enter a competition if I don't have a credit or debit card?
A. We can offer the option of paying via ClickandBuy. To do this you would need to hold/open an account with them. You can do this during the payment process from this website.

Q. Are residents from all countries around the world invited to enter the competitions?
A. Yes unless they are subject to any individual country's legal restrictions on importation or gambling laws, when such residents must check themselves the legality of their participation in this competition.

Q. Can I enter the same competition more than once?
A. Yes, you can enter each competition as many times as you like; there are no limits on how many times you can enter.

Q. If I enter the same competition more than once do I have to put the same answer to the question each time?
A. No, you can enter the same competition more than once and you can choose to have a different answer each time.

Q. How long do the competitions run for?
A. The competitions will run for a minimum of a month and then until the number of competition entries have generated the value of the prize. Therefore it will be closed at the discretion of The Imagine Team.

Q. What happens if the number of competition entries do not generate the reserve value of the prize?
A. In the unlikely event of the competition entries not generating the reserve value of the prize at the end of the competition, Imagine will pay out a cash prize of 60% of all monies received, to the competition winner, instead of the prize itself.

Q. What happens after I have entered a competition?
A. After you have entered a competition you will receive an email from us to confirm your payment and entry. You should also receive a confirmation from the secure payment gateway for your entry fee. Any updates on the competition will be posted on the website. This includes the draw date.

Q. How will entrants be informed that the competition is about to close?
A. The competition will not finish without warning. Imagine will publicise on the website the closing date of the competition. We will give at least 48 hours notice.

Q. How will I be notified if I am the winner?
A. If you are the winner you will be notified by text message and email. You will need to respond to us within 7 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond in that period will mean the prize will be given to the next nearest entrant. The winner will be published on the Imagine website.

Q. Will the winner receive ownership or disposal advice?
A. Yes, the expert team at Imagine will advise if requested about any problems that could potentially arise from the ownership of such a valuable item. For example, how to keep it safe, insurance and financial sales advice would be available should the winner decide to sell.

Q. If I enter the competition are my personal and credit card details 100% secure?
A. Yes. Imagine do not keep customers credit card details and do not pass on any personal details to third parties.

Property Faq's

Q. How do I know the Competition's Property is genuine?
A. If you go to the Main Webpage for the competition of your choice you will see the HM Land Registry Number for the property and the link to their site to verify it.

Q. Is this form of competition legal?
A. The Competition has been designed in accordance with advice received by Legal Advisors specialising in this field and with the UK's Gambling Commission Guidelines as a skill based competition.

Q. What immediate liabilities would I face if I were to win?
A. If you check with the Main page of the Property Competition of your choice you can see the details of the cash sum you would receive in addition to the House that will be available to go towards legal fees, local Council Tax or even Water and Drainage charges for one year. However, you would need to pay for any of your furniture to be moved into the Property as well as any particular work or installations you wished to carry out.

Q. If I win do I need to instruct an independent lawyer to transfer the Property over to me?
A. No, but it would be advisable. You can see on the Main Page of each property competition the cash sum that you also win to cover aspects such as legal fees. All the papers necessary to make the transfer of the property over to you will be made available to you or your lawyer.

Q. Would I need to pay Stamp Duty on the Transfer of the Property to me?
