Our team has worked hard to perfect the look and feel, and the processes you will encounter on the site and it continues to be a work in progress. Imagine is a new concept and therefore a new website. We are already attracting a huge volume of traffic that may from time to time cause short delays in accessing certain parts of the site, please bear with it and don’t give up on us!

As with all innovative online ideas, problems may occur infrequently. These problems are sometimes within our control, but often not. These problems will usually be caused by short term server issues or some incompatibility and are normally temporary.

If you do happen to experience any repeated problem with usage, login or basket / checkout, please do contact us. Most questions are answered in our FAQ section, so try visiting there first.

If you are expecting an email from our site but have not yet received it, be sure to check your junk mail / spam folder.
